Abstract

In light of the awareness of the cycles and the great mystery they have and have had throughout history, this paper shows a proposed cycle of research-action, through artistic creation.

In the present work, reflections are developed in a systematic and aesthetic exercise in which it is possible, -thanks to cultural management-, to cross the dividing line between art and research.

The text is divided in five sections: The infinite dance of cycles; Workshop Drawings; Art as a mean and as an end; Heritage and its Settings and Seagulls in Flight. Throughout the document, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the Itinerant Workshop of research and artistic creation on the agave landscape are exposed, which aims to contribute to the knowledge and protection of that territory, assessing the challenges it currently faces.
