Abstract

Decision-making is one of the essential factors that can shape the direction of cultural institutions. This document presents some of the theoretical positions on this topic, as well as the conceptualization of institutions, which could support the participation of cultural managers and specialists in cultural management as key actors and decision-makers in cultural institutions.
