The project was developed in two cities, two buildings with a 100 years history that had a railway origin, two Cultural State Offices and two universities. So the participants were: Chapala and Mérida, the Chapala Train Station currently the González Gallo Cultural Center (CCGG) the Central Railway Station of Mérida, currently Escuela Superior de Artes de Yucatán (ESAY), the Culture of Jalisco Office a nd Culture of Yucatán Office, the Universidad de Guadalajara and the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán. Also in Mérida, the Rochavi Pensiones High School and the Pedro Guerra Photo Library participated. Both projects, 100 del Tren Chapala and 100 del Tren Mérida, were developed virtually and remotely due to the global emergency by COVID-19 announced in Mexico in March 2020. For a better understanding of the work I divided the text in four sections, the first one describes the project in Chapala, Jalisco the second in Mérida, Yucatán, the third presents the relations made with other institutions as well as the impact and future aspects of this project and finally the conclusions.
